Now consider triangles CDB & BEC
BC = BC [common side]
BE = CD
<DCB = <EBC [angles of isosceles tria:<B=<C...included angle]
Hence the triangle CDB & BEC are congruent [Side-Angle-Side]
Hence BD = CE
So proved.
