Total surface area of cylinder
=231 sq.m ..............(given)

2πr(h+r) = 231

2 × 22/7 ×r (2r + r) =231..(from1)

2×22/7 ×r(3r) =231

2×22/7 ×3r^2=231

2×22×3r^2 = 231 × 7

132r^2 = 1617

r^2 = 1617/132

r^2 = 12.25

r = 3.5

h = 2r ....................from (1)
h = 2(3.5)
