this is because girls will get puberty earlier than boys and they tend to have more height than boys

but later on boys will start growing and hit puberty and they increase twice as the height as girl

so like that if u compare 6th grade girl and boy the girl will have more height . but if u compare the same girl and like in 10th grade the boy will have more

there is a sudden increment in girls height....but boys height increases gradually so generally boys r taller than girls........
