given:-

  • ratio of the length of the sides of the triangle are 3:4:5
  • perimeter of the triangle =48

To find:-

  • lenght of the sides of the triangle

solution:-

  • so let the sides be 3x,4x,5x
  • perimeter of a triangle =sum of all sides
  • 48cm=3x+4x+5x
  • 48cm=12x
  • x=48÷12
  • x=4

sides=

  • 3x=3(4)=12cm
  • 4(x)=4(4)=16cm
  • 5(x)=5(4)=20cm

therefore the ratio of the sides are:-12:16:20cm

hope this helps you
