area of circle = 154 sq. cm.
pie x r^2 = 154
22/7 x r^2 = 154
r^2 = 49
r = 7 cm.

circumference = 2 x pie x r
                       = 2 x 22/7 x 7
                       = 44 cm.

Given - Area of circle = 154cm²
Since we have area we can find radius
By taking the value of π as 22/7 and by using the formula πr²,
We have-
22/7 × r × r = 154cm²
Now, r² = 154/(22/7)
         r² = 154 × 7/ 22 × 1
         r² = 1078 / 22
         r² = 49
So r will be √49 = 7cm.

As we now have r or the radius as 7, we can calculate the circumference.
∴Circumference = 2πr
                           = 2 × 22/7 × 7
                           = 2 × 22
                           = 44cm

Hope this helps
