Answer:

We know that the sum of all angles on a straight line = 180° which forms a linear pair.

Now,

2x + 4x + 30° = 180°

6x = 180° - 30°

x = 150°/6

x = 25°

So,

2x = 2 × 25 = 50°

4x = 4 × 25 = 100°

preface- I have marked I and D in the diagram, so please follow the notation for a better understanding

Given:

a) all the angles sum up to make 180° i.e. a straight line

this can be solved when we add up all the 3 angles and as they are on a straight line thus their sum is equivalent to 180°

2x + 4x + 30 = 180 \\  \implies6x  = 180 - 30 \\ \implies x = 150 \div 6 \\  \implies \: x = 25

by solving the equation we get to know that x has a value of 25°

therefore, we can conclude by saying that angle ABI = 50° and angle IBD= 100°

hope it helps 。◕‿◕。
