AnswEr:-

Your Answer Is \tt\bf{\dfrac{62}{99}.}

ExplanaTion:-

To Convert:-

 \\ \tt\longrightarrow0. \bar4 + 0. \overline{18} \:  \:  \rm \:  \: in \:  \:  \dfrac{p}{q} \:  \: form \\  \\  \rm  where  \:  \: p \:  \: and \:  \:  q \:  \: are \:  \: integers \\   \rm and \:  \: q \ne 0. \\

So lets first add 0.4 bar and 0.18 bar:-

  \\ \tt\longrightarrow0. \bar4 + 0.\overline {18} \\  \\  \rm = 0.4444.. + 0.1818.. \\  \\  \tt = 0.6262.. \\  \\  \tt = 0.\overline {62} \\

Now,

Lets convert 0.62 bar in p/q form:-

For this let 0.62 bar be x.

 \\ \tt\mapsto x = 0. \overline{62}. \\  \\ \tt\mapsto100 \times x  = 0.\overline{62} \times 100. \\  \\ \tt\mapsto100x = 62.\overline{62}.  \\  \\ \tt\mapsto100x - x = 62.\overline{62} - 0.\overline{62} \\  \\ \tt\mapsto99x = 62. \\  \\ \tt\mapsto x =  \frac{62}{99}. \\  \\ \tt\mapsto0.\overline{62}  =  \frac{62}{99} . \\  \\ \tt\mapsto0. \bar4 + 0.\overline{18} =  \frac{62}{99}.  \\

\tt\bf{\therefore\ \ 0.\bar4+0.\overline{62}} is converted into p/q form where p is 62 and q is 99 also 99 \tt\bf{\ne} 0.
