Let the length, Width and Height be 3a, 4a and 6a respectively

Volume = 576

=> 3a × 4a × 6a = 576

=> 72a^3 = 576

=> a^3 = 8

=> a = 2

Length = 3 × 2 = 6 cm

Width = 4 × 2 = 8 cm

Height = 6 × 2 = 12 cm

Now,

TSA = 2 (LB + BH + HL)

= 2 ( 6× 8 + 8× 12 + 12 × 6)

= 2 ( 48 + 96 + 72)

= 2 × 216

= 432 cm^2

hey dear

here is your answer

Solution

Given

Length = 3x
Breadth = 4x
height = 6x

volume of cuboid

length * breadth * height = 576cmcube

3x * 4x * 6x = 576 cm cube

72 x ^3 = 576 cm cube

x cube = 576 /72

x cube = 8 cm cube

so x = 3√8. ( cube root 3√)

so x = 2 cm

so length = 2* 3 = 6cm
breadth = 2*4 = 8cm
height = 2*6 = 12cm

so we have to find surface area of cuboid

formula is

SA = 2 ( l* b) + 2 ( l* h) + 2 ( h* b)

SA = 2 ( 6* 8) + 2( 6*12) +2 ( 12*8)

SA = 2 * 48+ 2* 72+ 2* 96

SA = 2* 48+ 72 +96

SA = 2* 216

SA = 432 cm ^2

surface area of cuboid is 432 cm ^2

answer is 432 cm ^2

hope it helps

thank you
