You can mix a glass of water with some salt and then connect that glass with a battery at one end through a wire and the other to a bulb through a wire to show that water with impurities conduct electricity.You can make model of city and trees through hard papers to show how decorrelation effects our daily life.

Some clue for rain water harvesting model: Make a house (no matter small or big). Use a box as roof of house. Make a hole in that box, join pipe and then join that pipe from other container in the bottom of the house. When u give water in roof (ie, showing that it is raining). It will come to bottom container through pipe and store there. U can also show a filter like structure in between. So that it will be more effective and proper model showing rain water harvesting..
