a {t}^{2}  \\ acceleration =  \frac{dv}{dt}  \\ a {t}^{2}  =  \frac{dv}{dt}  \\ v =  \frac{a {t}^{3} }{3} by \: integration \: wrt \: t
so final velocity will be

V=Vo+at^3/3
