Explanation:

you make put the ammpermeter in between all the resistor and you will find the current will be same

current can be find out in the circuit by sum of all resistor divide by the potential difference

i=30/30=1A

V through the resistor 5ohm is

V=1 x 5

V=5V hope it works

Current in the closed circuit is 1 A

Explanation:

(a)  in a series circuit, that current that flows through each of the components is the same, and the voltage across the circuit is the sum of the individual voltage drops across each component.

(b) R_{1} = 5 Ω  ; R_{2} = 10 Ω   ; R_{3} = 15 Ω

 in series ;  R_{1} +R_{2} +R_{3} = 5 +10+15 = 30 Ω

  applied voltage = 30 V

According to Ohm's law    V = IR

so , I = V /R

        = 30 / 30 = 1 A
