Osvoldo has a goal of getting at least 30% of his grams of carbohydrates each day from whole grains. Today, he ate 220 grams of carbohydrates, and 55 grams were from whole grains.

Answer :- 66g of carbs each day from whole grain, 121g is what he ate today

multiply 55 x 220 12100 12100/100= 121g today

30 x 220 = 6600 6600/100= 66g

66g grams of carbs from whole grain is what Osvaldo wants to at least be eating everyday.

121g of carbs from whole grain is what he ate today.
