In 3x-(a-1)y=2a-1 is give lie on (2,3) so
3(2)-(a-1)(3)=2a-1
6-3a+3=2a-1
-3a+9=2a-1
-5a=-10
a=2

Now second equation
5x+(1-2a)y=3b
5(2) + (-3)(3)=3b
10-9=3b
1=3b
b=1/3
