(ii) Supplementary angles are 90°

Hence,

we can say that,

 \bf \implies \:  (4x + \cancel 4) \degree+ (6x   \cancel{-  4})\degree = 90 \degree   \\  \bf \implies \: 10x\degree  = 90\degree  \\  \bf \implies{ \underline{ \boxed{ \bf x = 9\degree}}}

(iii) Adjacent angles are equal to 180°

Hence,

 \bf \to y + 135 \degree \:  = 180\degree \\  \bf \to \: y = 180\degree - 135\degree   \\  \bf \to {\underline { \boxed{ \bf \: y = 45\degree}}}

(iv) a) Each linear pair :-

\bf \angle 1 \: and \:\angle2 \\  \bf\angle3 \: and \: \angle4 \\  \bf \angle5 \: and \:  \angle6 \\  \bf \: \angle7 \: and \: \angle8

b) each pair of vertically opposite angles:-

\bf \angle \: 1 \: and \: \angle3 \\ \bf \angle2 \: and \: \angle4 \\  \bf \angle5 \: and \: \angle8 \\  \bf \angle \: 6 \: and \: \angle7
