I m the resident of tellypara Raod in Andheri and I venture to bring to your kind notice of rough treatment given to me and other people by our neighbour's pet dog..
The dog is black in colour and have the habit of shouting and barking .Till now he has barked many people .he is dangerous in nature.he always tries to come under our house border and tries to bark even I had given complain to our neighbour about this but they not did anything related to this activity .

Dear sir/ Ma'am,
I'm Suhani, living in JP Nagar and I would like to bring to your notice the ill treatment of my neighbour's dog by my neighbor.
The dog is a six year old Golden Retriever owned by a grumpy old man called Mr. Jai Bhatt. When Mr Jai first adopted the dog (Heaven), he treated him with utmost care and affection. But nowadays, I assume due to old-age, the dog is treated very badly. The kids in the neighborhood often make fun of the old man and he seems to be taking out his frustration on his poor helpless dog. The dog used to be extremely friendly and playful. But now, seems to be under the weather almost all the time. Sometimes, his owner forgets to give him food and the dog starves until someone else notices and brings him food. It's sad, really, seeing Mr Jai scolding the dog for absolutely no reason. The last time I saw Heaven, he had scars on his back. As no one took any action against this cruelty, I decided to bring this to your notice.
I sincerely hope you will do something about it and find a better home for the dog. I would be highly obliged if you do so as no one else is ready to say anything to the cranky ex army officer.
