It is Given That,

ab( {x}^{2}  +  {y}^{2} ) - xy( {a}^{2}  +  {b}^{2} )

Now Multiply this ,

ab {x}^{2}  + a b{y}^{2}  - (xy {a}^{2}  + xy {b}^{2} )

Now,

ab {x}^{2}  - xy {a}^{2}  + ab {y}^{2}  - xy {b}^{2}

Taking,

ax and by Common Factor,

ax(bx  - ay) + by(ay - xb)

Now,

ax(bx - ay) - by(xb - ay)

So we Have again Common Factor,

(bx-ay)

Taking ....

(bx - ay)(ax - by)

So this is answer....
