In a human heart , there is double circulation of blood . the oxygenated blood from lungs come into left ventricle of heart and is then pumped to other parts of body . after travelling through full body , the deoxygenated blood again comes in the right ventricle of heart and is then pumped to lungs for purification . i.e the blood reaches heart twice during a circulation .
