let the numbers be a-d, a, a+d

sum = (a-d) + a + (a+d)

3a = 2

a = 2/3

Product = a x a-d x a+d
=> 2/3 x (4/9 - d^2) = 440
=> (4/9 - d^2) = 660
=> Here d^2 will give a negative value.
which is not possible.

Thus it has no solution.

Please enlighten me if I have missed something!

Ok I can help you if it is -2 or -440

factors of 440 = 2 x 2 x 2 x 5 x 11

so numbers -8 -5 and 11

-8 + -5 + 11 = -2

-8 x -5 x 11 = 440

if numbers are 8, 5, -11

8 + 5 + -11 = 2

8 x 5 x -11 = - 440
