firstly we do :-

POQ + POR = 180. (Straight lime angles)

POR = 180 - 48. ( given that POQ = 48 )

POR = 132

POR is an isosceles triangle..

RO = PO. ( Radius of same circle)

PRO = RPO

so we can do :-

PRO + RPO + POR =180. ( Angle sum property)

#as PRO = RPO let both be equal to *X*#

then ....

X + X + POR = 180

2X + POR = 180

2X = 180 - POR. ( POR = 132)

2X = 180 - 132

2X = 48

X = 24

then.

PRO = RPO = 24 = PRQ

hence find
