Answer:

The cooking gas which is LPG always gives blue and mostly invisible flame due to its complete combustion. This complete combustion happen only due to good supply of oxygen to the LPG. When this supply is limited then it results in sooty or yellow flame which release unburnt carbon that is black in colour and gets deposit on the surface of utensil which was kept over it.

To avoid this check the valve in the cylinder is it properly opened because due to incomplete supply of LPG also result in same
