Pls it is not a question it it is about the letter is suppose to be five lines and six paragraph

A letter is usually written in three paragraphs.  First para- the introduction Second para- elaboration of topic (problems,present situation and what can be done - for formal)  Third para- the conclusion of the letter ( requesting for necessary actions - for formal and wishing well and good or what you expect- for informal) Hope it helps!
