Hey dear,

The vapour pressure rises non - linearly with temperature. A higher vapour pressure resources a low boiling Point. A liquid with a lower vapor pressure has a higher rate of change of temperature. Thus, water has a lower vapor pressure. So it has a quicker change of temperature, since beaker of pressure 23.76 torr in a room temperature and beaker of pressure 350 Torr is in 252.78C temperature. Hence beaker of pressure 350 Torr will evaporate faster.
