 Let \: radius \: of \: a\: hemispherical \: bowl = r \: cm

 Area \: of \:the \:sheet \: required \: to \:make \\the \: bowl = 173.25 \:cm^{2}

 \implies 2\pi r^{2} = 173.25

 \implies 2 \times \frac{22}{7} \times r^{2} = 173.25

 \implies r^{2} = \frac{173.25 \times 7}{2 \times 22 }

 \implies r^{2} = \frac{1212.74}{44}

 \implies r^{2} = 27.5625

 \implies r = 5.25 \:cm

 \red { Diameter \:of \:the \:bowl } = 2r \\= 2 \times 5.25 \\= 10.5 \:cm

Therefore.,

 \red { Diameter \:of \:the \:bowl } \green {= 10.5 \:cm}
