we have to find the product of

(√5+2√6) and (√5-√6)

or, (√5 + 2√6)(√5 - 2√6)

Here, a = √5 and b = 2√6

and, we know that,

(a+b)(a-b) = {a}^{2}-{b}^{2}

Therefore,

putting the values of 'a' and 'b', we get

product = {(root5)}^{2}-{(2root6)}^{2}

= 5 - 24

= - 19

HENCE, the required product is \bold{-19}
