We know,

 {x}^{3} -  {y}^{3}  = (x - y)( {x}^{2}  +   {y}^{2}  + xy) \\  \\ → {8x}^{3} -  {125y}^{3}  = (2x - 5y)( {4x}^{2} +  {25y}^{2}  + 10xy )

So,

 {(2x - 5y)}^{2}  =  {13}^{2}  \\  {4x}^{2}  +  {25y}^{2}  - 20xy = 169 \\  {4x}^{2}  +  {25y}^{2}  - 20(5) = 169 \\  {4x}^{2}  +  {25y}^{2}  = 169 + 100 \\  {4x}^{2}  +  {25y}^{2}  = 269

Now,

Putting the values, we get,

 = 13(269 + 50) \\ =  13(319) \\  = 4147
