Given that :

Total number of students in the school = 1800

Number of students are absent on the rainy day

=(4/15)th of the students in the school

=>(4/15) of 1800

=> (4/15)×1800

=> (4×1800)/15

=> 7200/15

=> 480

Number of absent students on the rainy day=480

Number of students are present on that day

= Total students - Absent students

= 1800-480

= 1320

Number of students are present = 1320

Number of students brought the rain coat

= 3/4 th of the students present

= (3/4) of 1320

=> (3/4)×1320

=> (3×1320)/4

=> 3960/4

=> 990

Number of students brought the rain coat = 990

Number of students didn't bring raincoat

= Number of students present - Number of students brought the rain coat

= 1320 - 990

= 330
