ATQ

t =  \frac{ {1.5 \times10 }^{7} }{5 \times  {10}^{3} }  \\  \\ t = 3000 \: s
speed when it is at radius
0.5 \times  {10}^{7} m
=
 \frac{0.5 \times  {10}^{7} }{3000}  \\  \\ 1.67 \times  {10}^{3} m {s}^{ - 1}
