Given :  \sqrt{63} - 5 \sqrt{28} + 11 \sqrt{7}   ------- (1)

Now.

(a)

 \sqrt{63} =  \sqrt{3^2 * 7}

                 =  \sqrt{7}  \sqrt{3^2}

                 3 \sqrt{7}   ------ (2)

(b)

5 \sqrt{28} = 5 *  \sqrt{2^2 * 7}

                          = 5  \sqrt{7}  \sqrt{2^2}

                          2 * 5 \sqrt{7}

                          10 \sqrt{7}    ----- (3)

Substitute (2),(3) in (1), we get

3 \sqrt{7} - 10 \sqrt{7} + 11 \sqrt{7}

4 \sqrt{7}

Hope this helps!
