why we have not changed it in exclusive form pls tell reason
even though we have change this in exclusive form,there no effect on xi. mid value doesn't change.
while doing step deviation method you must change it into exclusive form.
i did'nt understand that you have said that there is no change in mid value there will be
first class interval is [0,4] then the middle value is (0+4)/2=2.for second class interval middle value (5+9)/2=7 and so on. suppose you change the class intervals in exclusive form middle value of first class interval is (-0.5+4.5)/2=2 and for second class interval middle value (4.5+9.5)/2=7.and so on. so if you change class intervals either in exclusive form or inclusive form there is no effect on xi.
