pls solve this question

Raman prepared aqueous solution of copper sulphide and sodium carbonate.he weighed them separately and then mixed in a colonial flask . he did not put a cork on the mouth of the flask but his friend Shakti asked him to do so

(i) did the mass of the content changes after the reaction

(ii) why Sakti asked Raman to put a cork on the mouth of the flask
