Both the processes in the answer are wrong. If you have to show the detailed answer somewhere this is not the way to do it. But since it's an objective question, all that matters is that you select the correct option.

THE ANSWER IS 7/25.
a/b*b/c
=4/5*15/16
= 12/16
= 3/4
= 16-9/16+9
= 7/25
a/b*b/c
=4/5*15/16
= 12/16
= 3/4
= 16-9/16+9
= 7/25
From where 9 came in the denominator of the last step

As we See that the value of a, b, and c is not clear and b in Both the Fraction is different. So first we will make b commom in Both.
a/b = 4/5= 4*15/5*15= 60/75
b/c= 15/16= 15*5/16*5=75/80
Now, the values are clear...
a=60
b=75
c=80
Q. c²-a²/c²+a²
80²-60²/80²+60²
6400-3600/6400+3600
2800/10000
=7/25. (ans)
