let the common ratio be x

2x +3x = 90

5x = 90

x = 18

smaller will be

2x = 2× 18 = 36

What do we conclude from this ...


We do conclude frOn this that..surely we must be having some multiple of 2and 3 which we don’t know for the short whileee...


So let take both the common..ratios by “x”

Adding both these we may get 90 this..is understood...got it??


Because these ratios are the part of 90...


Therefore adding theeese two we will get 90?right!!!


Let’s add these...


2x+3+=90

Solving it!!

5x=90

X=18.

Therefore 2x=36

And 3x=54.

Also, 36+54=90.
