Go out in fresh air and get fresh.
Make a proper timetable for studying.
Keep alway all the things that distract your mind....
keep all the things ready that u require while studying don't get distracted by anything.....and what ever u r studying just visualise it in your mind .....that will help u to remember what u have studied.
