exterior angle=sum of 2 opposite angle

therefore

let the ratios be 2x and 3x

2x+3x=130

5x=130

x=130/5

x=26

2x=2×26=52

3x=3×26=78

hey mate here is your answer.....
let the triangle be ABC and the the base of bc now the base bc is extended upto point d then,,,so angle acd =130° as per your question angle bac=2x and angle ABC =3x.
so,
angle bac +angle ABC=130 (exterior angle is equal to the sum of two interior angle)
2x+3x=130
5x=130
X=130/5
X=26
so angle bac =26=abc,now
angle ABC+angle bca+angle cab=180(angle sum property )
26+26+angle bca=180
52+angle bca=180
angle bca=180-52
angle bca=128
so the angles of the triangle are 26,26 and 128 respectively
I hope it may help u
