p = 3 \frac{1}{2}  =  \frac{7}{2}

So,

p \div  \frac{1}{p} =   \frac{p}{ \frac{1}{p} }  = p \times p =  {p}^{2}  \\

 {p}^{2}  =  { (\frac{7}{2}) }^{2}  =  \frac{49}{4}

Thus, the answer is 49/4.
