 =  \frac{ \frac{3 + 5}{15} }{ \frac{3 - 5}{15} }

 =  \frac{ \frac{8}{15} }{ \frac{ - 2}{15} }

 =  \frac{8}{15}  \times  \frac{15}{ - 2}

  = \frac{8}{ - 2}
