16 ( a-x )^3 / (a+x)^3 = (a+x) / (a-x)
by cross multiplication
16 (a-x) ^4 = (a+x)^4
2^4 × (a-x) ^4 = (a+x)^4
[2(a-x)]^4 = (a+x)^4
because power is same now compare between base

we find
2(a-x)=(a+x)
2a-2x =a+x
2a-a = x+2x
a=3x
hence it proved that

a = 3x
