y + 7 / 3 = 1 + 3y - 2 / 5

5 ( y + 7 ) = 15 + 3 ( 3y - 2 )

5y + 35 = 15 + 3 ( 3y - 2 )

5y + 35 = 15 + 9y - 6

5y + 35 = 9 + 9y

5y + 35 - 9y = 9

- 4y + 35 = 9

- 4y = 9 - 35

- 4y = - 26

y = - 26 / - 4

y = 13 / 2
