angle OCB =90 deegre (a line from centre is always perpendicular to tangent)

therefore

OC^2+BC^2=OB^2

25 +BC^2=12

BC^2=169-25

BC^2=144

BC=12

now as BC =12cm

Similarly AC also 12cm

Therefore length of chord is 24cm
