Litmus paper doesn't show any change when the solution or any substance is neutral.
Activity :
Boil the water up to 100°C and then the water vapour starts to evolve. Hold the litmus paper near the evolving gas .There will be no change in litmus paper .This proves that watervapour is neutral in nature and litmus paper doesn't show any change, when held near the neutral substance.
