Volume of cylinder =
\pi {r}^{2} h

Volume =
200 = 3.14 \times 10 \times r \\  \frac{200}{31.4}  = r \\ 6.36 = r
So radius = 6.36 cm
Area of base =
\pi {r}^{2}  \\  = 3.14 \times  {6.36}^{2}  \\  = 127 \:  {cm}^{2}

volume of cylinder=pi×r^2×h
200=22/7×r^2×10
(200×7)/22×10=r^2
( 70/11)cm=r^2
Area of base=area of circle
=pi×r^2
=[(22/7)×70/11]cm^2
=20cm^2
