both will have real roots when b2 - 4ac is more or equal to zero.. ( pls confirm it , I'm not sure about this)
so, b2-4ac = 0
i.e. k2 - 4×1×64=0 (k2 means k square)
and 8square -4×1×k =0
now solve these two equations for k and u'll get its value.
