Name the angles of Q and R first ( like angle 1 and angle 2 for Q and R as 3 and 4, as QT and RT are bisectors. And also name angle P as 5.)

<1=<2 ( QT is the bisector.)

<3=<4 ( RT is the bisector.)

IN TRIANGLE PQR,

<1+<2+P=<3+<4

<2+<2+P=<4+<4 ( since 1 and 1 are equal and 3 and 4 are equal)

2∠2+P=2∠4 ( means there are 2 times 2 angles )('∠'denotes for angle)

∠P=2∠4-2∠2

∠P=2[∠4-∠2]

∠4-∠2=1/2 ∠p

∴∠T=1/2∠P
