From diagram (attached above )

Radius of larger semi circle (C1) = (20 + 14)/2
= 17 cm

Radius of smaller semi circle (C2) = 10 cm (20/2)

Radius of smallest semi circle (C3) = 7 cm

Then Sum of area of all semi circle = area of given diagram

Area of semicircle C1

=  \frac{\pi r^2}{2}

 \frac{ \frac{22}{7} \times  {17}^{2}  }{2}  \\  \\  =  \frac{3179}{7}  \:  {cm}^{2}

Now are of semicircle C2

 =  \frac{\pi {r}^{2} }{2}  \\  \\  =  \frac{ \frac{22}{7} \times  {10}^{2}  }{2}  \\  \\  =  \frac{1100}{7}  \:  {cm}^{2}

Now area of semicircle C3

 =  \frac{\pi {r}^{2} }{2}  \\  \\  =  \frac{ \frac{22}{7}  \times  {7}^{2} }{2}  \\  \\  =  \frac{539}{7}   \: {cm}^{2}

Now sum of all

 =  \frac{3179}{7}  +  \frac{1100}{7}  +  \frac{539}{7}  \\  \\  =  \frac{4818}{7}  \:  {cm}^{2}  \\  \\ or \:  =  \: 688.285 \:  {cm}^{2}

Hope it helps
