(iii) they are a small in animal cell and large in plant cell. In plant cell Vacuoles are full of cell sap and provide turgidity and rigidity two cells in single cells organisms like amoeba. The food Vacuoles contain the food item that amoeba has consumed. In some unicellular organism specialised Vacuoles also play.

B. *Cell Wall.*

1) Present in all cells.

2) It is semi - permeable.

3) Main function is to protect protoplasma.

4) It is alive and it is active metabolically.

*Cell Membrane*

1) Present only plant, bacteria, fungi, and

algae.

2) It is fully permeable.

3) Main function is to protect cell membrane and maintains shape of the cell.

4) Non - living and inactive.
