\huge\tt{Answer:-}

\bf{To \ Factorise:-}

 6 {x}^{2} + 11x + 3

▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃

 6 {x}^{2} + 11x + 3

 = 6 {x}^{2} + (2 + 9)x + 3

(After multiplying, 6 with 3 we got 18; Also, 18 = 9 × 2 by Prime Factorisation which suits the above expression)

 = 6 {x}^{2} + 2x + 9x + 3

 = 2x (3x + 1) + 3(3x + 1)

 \boxed{= (3x + 1)(2x + 3)}

∴ ☑ The 1st option is correct.

 \bf {factorise  \downarrow }

 \implies \sf\purple{ {6x}^{2} + 11x + 3 } \\   \implies\sf{ {6x}^{2} + 9x + 2x + 3 } \\   \implies\sf{3x(2x + 3) + 1(2x + 3)} \\   \implies\sf{(3x + 1)(2x + 3)}

.°. The correct answer is ( 2x + 3 ) ( 3x + 1 )
