1. As longest chain here is cyclohexane so it will be parent chain

2.For the sake of precidence ethyl comes before methyl so numbering will start from the carbon where ethyl group is attached

3.ethyl will be numbered as first substituent and methyl will be at 2nd position

4. so finally the name will be

1-ethyl-2,2dimethylcyclohexane
