An independent judiciary is very essential as it gives the citizens the security that they too can get a just judgement even if they go to court against a person in a high position

If the ministers are not allowing me to build another room to my house in spite of having the required documents due to personal reasons I can go to court and be sure of getting a just result.

Hope it helps.

Judiciary should be independent because it is only the institution in a country which differentiates between a victim and a true person. Suppose of a country where there is no independent judiciary then there is no one to give a right judgement
