We know that the angle sum of a quadrilateral is 360..
Now, we know that
<A = <C
<B= 2<A
<D = <1/2 A

<A + <B + <C + <D = 360°

Substituting all the values..
<A + 2<A + <A + <1/2<A
4<A + 1/2<A = 360
9/2<A = 360

<A =360×2/9

<A = 80°
Now we've found the value of <A, We just have to substitute again..

<A = <C
∵<A = 80°
<C = 80°

<B =  2<A
<B = 2 × 80
=160°

<D = 1/2<A
 = 1/2 × 80
= 40°

Therefore, <A = 80°, <B = 160°, <C = 80°, and <D = 40°

Hope it helps!!
