(1) is correct.. yes
(3)because... IE 1 in Na is smaller as it only needs to lose 1electron to obtain stability than Mg and so the electron-nuclear attraction of Na is lower than Mg which has more no: of protons...
in case of IE2 Na has already filled its octet and attained stability... but Mg still has 1more electron to give to attain more stability... Hence IE2 of Na is greater...
